Located in the heart of the village of Preuilly/Claise,in the charming green valley of the Claise river,this Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.Ideal for nature and history lovers,it's the perfect base from which to explore the region's natural and cultural treasures.Just 10 minutes away, discover the spa town of La Roche-Posay with its Casino, Racetrack, golf course and balneotherapy center. 15 minutes away, visit the fascinating Musée de la Préhistoire du Grand-Pressigny, and for nature lovers, the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne awaits you a little further south. Nearby, the Parc zoologique de la Haute Touche offers a unique immersion in the heart of Biodiversity, and you can also take advantage of the proximity of the famous chateaux of the Loire Valley, such as the Fortress of Loches, 30 minutes away, and Chenonceau and Amboise, around 1 hour away. And for a unique experience, the Futuroscope theme park and the Beauval Zooparc are just 50 minutes away.

Ground floor: large living/dining room with open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, table soccer, Canal+, Netflix), shower room with toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90x190cm) including 2 communicating bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with sitting area and 1 bedroom with study area, bathroom (shampoo/shower gel starter kit) and separate toilet.
Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Outside: grassed courtyard, barn, garage for two vehicles and/or motorcycles. Non-smoking accommodation, WIFI. 20 minutes from the village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, renowned for its Magdalenian frieze and its famous Jours d'Angles.
