This group gîte is housed in a renovated character house. It is independent. Access is protected. Close to a pond and a forest, your stay will be even more pleasant. The village is 500 m away.
Group gîte, old renovated house with character, independent, near forest + pond (protected access). Village 500 m away. Ground floor: living room, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer), common room (wood-burning stove, sofa bed), WC. Floor: 1st bedroom (3 single beds including 1 bunk bed), 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (each with 3 single beds including 1 bunk bed + 1 double bed), 2 shower rooms including 1 with WC, separate WC. WIFI connection, TV. Electric and wood heating. Enclosed garden (BBQ, garden furniture). View over pond. Options (must be booked with the reservation center): rental of sheets and pillowcases (€9/bed) and optional final cleaning €110. Partial cleaning 55 €. Wood supplied free of charge. Possibility of 2 additional people at the same rental rates. No smoking. Rates include heating, wood and electricity.

4/5Gîte très agréable, toutes commodités, excellent pour une grande famille
commerces à proximité , balade et parc pour les enfants de quoi les occuper.
quant aux charmes et aux visites de la région, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix ; c'est bien la région aux mille châteaux.A refaire sans hésitation. Cordialement

Grande maison fonctionnelle
4/5Hormis un déclenchement d’alarme intempestif à notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis. La maison est fonctionnelle et située au bord de l’eau permettant de belles balades. Quelques bémols sur les volets de certaines fenêtres : planches à décrocher des fenêtres qui sont lourdes et donc pas pratiques. Les protections à mettre sur les matelas ne sont pas adaptées à certains matelas qui sont très larges. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas car problème de décodeur HS. Dans l’ensemble notre court séjour était correcte même si il y a des choses à revoir sur cette maison

Tout le matériel pour les moins de 2ans
Parc et balade autour du lac, très pratique.
Petit Village avec commerces. Boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie
Environ à 15 min de Tours
