From the living room, you can admire the river, a favorite with fishermen, as you enter the Holiday cottage... and leave! Ground floor (3 steps or sloping floor): living room/kitchen (pellet stove, sat. TV, non-convertible sofa), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, baby bed, air-conditioning), shower room, wc. WIFI. Pellet heating. Unenclosed private garden 1400 m². Prices include: bed linen + towels + end-of-stay cleaning + electricity + heating. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

RHarris Lovely place to stay
Tucked away just outside Richelieu, the gite was the perfect place to relax. Jean-Marc was the perfect host, welcoming, helpful & but unobtrusive, leaving us the most delicious local treats to savour (thank you J-M!).
The gite was clean, comfortable & quirky, with the river running directly underneath! Our spaniel loved having her own river to cool off in, & we loved watching the birds, bats, fish & other wildlife who visited.
We had everything we needed in the gite, the air-con in the bedroom was a lifesaver!
Richelieu is a lovely town, with a lively market & other conveniences. The park is beautiful & well worth a walk around. The location of the gite is perfect for visiting the area & Jean-Marc's recommendations for places to visit were great.
We lovely the gite, the only downside for us, was that the garden wasn't totally secure for our inquisitive spaniel, otherwise, perfect!- Cleanliness

Fennec Séjour en couple
Séjour apaisant au doux son du clapotis de l’eau de la rivière. Belles découvertes (château, abbayes, églises, paysages agricoles et forestiers,..). J’encourage quiconque à y faire un séjour. Merci à Jean-Marc et Claude pour leur accueil et les petites attentions offertes à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour.

la qualité de l'accueil des hôtes est à la hauteur de ce gîte, prévu pour 2 personnes l'intérieur présente tout le confort moderne (une literie superbe, une douche à l'italienne, la TV satellite pour voir la météo du lendemain et les infos locales)
Bref il ne faut pas venir pour faire la fête mais se reposer-(nous sommes un couple de 70 ans)
La rivière coulant sous le moulin apporte une fraicheur bienvenue par les fortes chaleurs de cette fin juin et permet des nuits agréables.
RICHELIEU est une ville superbe pour les passionnés d'histoire, Intermarché est situé à 800 m du gîte et un magasin de producteurs locaux(ouvert du vendredi au dimanche) est installé juste en face.

Zeer prettige ontvangst. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Optimale privacy, alle comfort, heerlijke rustige locatie, uniek dat een beek onder je huis stroomt.
