A peaceful place where life is good, this gîte in the heart of southern Touraine, close to the Creuse and Claise valleys, will enable you to discover the magnificent landscapes of Touraine Coté Sud and a multitude of picturesque spots where you'll love strolling through the countryside.
Former 19th-century vineyard lodge with old stone wine press, located in the Countryside (unobstructed view), 2.5 km from town center. Ground floor: living room via 2 steps (tel. teleséjour), living room-kitchen, wc, outbuilding with washing machine. 4 steps between living room and kitchen. Floor: 1st bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), shower room with WC. 4 steps between the 2 bedrooms. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. WIFI connection. Electric heating (€7-10/day). Shady, enclosed 5000 m² garden (gantry). Bicycle garage. Possibility of renting 2 electric-assist bicycles. Electric car charging station (extra charge €25/week).

AM Great little house in beautiful garden
Great little house in beautiful abd quiet surroundings. Beautiful fruit trees, abd a nice welcoming bowl of cherries, and large green space. Nice walks around. The gite is small but comfortable and good value.
Mr Arnault is always welcoming and dedicated to making his guests have a lovely stay in this nicely restored wine pressing little house.
