Restored farmhouse, ideally situated in a small hamlet on the edge of the woods, with easy access to the main roads (including the A85). Numerous châteaux, including some of the most famous in the Loire Valley, within a 20 km radius.
A natural invitation to rediscover the forest and all its pleasures, the Orée du Bois gîte is the epicenter of the treasures of the Touraine-Val de Loire region: vineyards, châteaux, gastronomy. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, shower room, wc. First floor: music room (sofa-bed), 1st bedroom (bed 140), 2nd bedroom (2 beds 90). Cot and baby bath. WIFI connection. Heating: reversible air-conditioning and convector heaters (extra charge, depending on meter) + wood-burning stove (€60/burner). Private enclosed garden 600 m², south-facing terrace with pleasant pergola. Satellite TV, Canal+ demodulator (Canal+ card to be supplied). Wood basket offered. Tourist tax not included. SMALL PETS ACCEPTED, OTHERWISE CONTACT OWNER, pets strictly forbidden in rooms. No smoking.

Cyclofamily Charmante maison
Charmante maison avec un très joli jardin, nous avons apprécié le bois de chauffage à disposition et le barbecue. La maison est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.
