When you're lucky enough to set foot in this charming vacation home, you immediately feel a sense of well-being. Firstly, because the quality of the decoration, materials and equipment leaves no one indifferent, and because its location at the end of a small cul-de-sac offers peace and quiet, yet so close to the center of the beautiful city of Amboise. Virginie and Jérôme's warm welcome also plays its part in the success of every stay in this privileged location. Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet: a real comfort! The superb swimming pool opposite the gîte has a dome, ideal before and after the summer season. Amboise is so close that it's easy to get to on foot and enjoy its surroundings, shops, Château Royal, Clos Lucé and Château Gaillard. You'll also be close to Chenonceau and other fabulous Loire castles (Chaumont-s/-Loire, Villandry, Blois...) as well as the Beauval Zooparc.

All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) at the end of the owners' farmhouse. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (armchairs, connected TV, 3-burner induction hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker), wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed, shower room with wc), 1 bedroom (3 x 90x200 beds, 2 of which can be converted into 180x200 beds, shower room with wc). WIFI. Heating included in rates (reversible air conditioning). Bed linen and towels provided. Private terrace in front of the gîte and private area overlooking the surrounding countryside on the property. Covered bicycle shed (lockable). Covered, heated (26°) 11x5 m swimming pool to share with owners. Close to all amenities, renowned gourmet restaurants nearby. No smoking.
