This all-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) is on one level. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (BZ sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 separable into 2 beds 80), shower room with toilet. WIFI connection. Electric heating (included in rates). Unenclosed private garden in enclosed property. Shared table tennis. On-site: owners' house with 3 guest rooms. Owners' stable (outdoor arena, riding arena, 13 boxes). Small ornamental pond on the property. Shared, unheated swimming pool. POOL OPENING: July 1 to September 30. Rates include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Only one dog allowed (kept on a leash in the grounds), our cat friends are not accepted (dogs on site). No smoking.
