1st: located at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (2-person sofa bed, connected TV, 2-burner hob, combined microwave), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 pull-out bed 80x200 (ideal for 1 Kids). Air-conditioning. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) on request.
2nd floor (access via 4 steps): kitchen/living/living room (oven, 4 induction hobs, Tassimo pod coffee maker, fridge/freezer, TV). Floor: 2bedrooms(each with 1bed 140X190, dressing room, 1 with desk). Bathroom/WC included.
WIFI. Heating included. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Enclosed courtyard of approx. 30 m². Large 30 m² wooden terrace (gas plancha). 2 deckchairs and dining table, 6 chairs, parasol.
