This pleasant, light-filled house, tucked away in a small cul-de-sac, is sure to satisfy your desire for peace and quiet, and for a serene vacation close to some of Touraine's greatest jewels. Once you've climbed the stairs to your gîte, you'll find yourself in a comfortable, fully-equipped house with pleasant balconies, views over the garden and the nearby church. The tranquility of the setting and its easy access on foot to the banks of the Cher river will provide you with plenty of opportunities for resting, walking or cycling. The AOC vineyards of Montlouis and Vouvray are very close by, giving you the opportunity to stroll through the vineyards and why not taste a tasty wine in the company of our winemakers. Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Loches and also Chinon, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais and Rigny-Ussé are within easy reach. When it comes to gastronomy, you'll also be in for a treat, as you'll be surrounded by a host of wonderful restaurants to tantalize your taste buds.
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) on first floor accessible via short outside staircase: fitted kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, 3-burner induction hob) opening onto living room with large balcony (connected TV), 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room with toilet, separate toilet. Laundry room on ground floor with sink and washing machine. WIFI. Gas central heating (included in rates). Private garden and secure parking with electric gate in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village, close to shops. Covered bicycle shed (lockable). Electric vehicle charging station approx. 100 m away. Excellent restaurant nearby. Great bike rides on the Cher à Vélo itinerary. Non-smoking accommodation.

On a été accueilli par les propriétaires et non par une boîte à clés ! C’est tout de même plus agréable. La maison est confortable, bien chauffée en hiver. La cuisine est très bien équipée. On a pu garer deux voitures sans problème dans le jardin. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

CRISFAN Accueil et gite exceptionnels
Un séjour vraiment au top grâce à l'excellent accueil des propriétaires et la qualité du gîte. Nous avons passé une semaine dans les meilleures conditions pour visiter les vignobles de Touraine et les Châteaux de la Loire. Les petits plus: le confort d'une maison très spacieuse et super équipée (même pour 5 adultes), des propriétaires au petit soin pour que rien ne manque et que tout se passe bien, la situation au coeur du village et l'accès à tous les commerces de bouche à pied, la possibilité de visiter sans trop faire de kilomètres l'ensemble des sites incontournables de la région... Un must à recommander sans modération!

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Monsieur S... de nous avoir accueilli à une heure tardive(23h).
La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.
Un grand jardin clos pour laisser courir les enfants en toute sécurité.
Le tout au calme, dans un petit bourg où il y a toutes les commodités.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.
Merci encore, nous reviendrons, nous n'avons pas tout vu de tous vos beaux trésors architecturaux et autres.

Breizh Gite agréable et bien situé
Nous avons apprécié ce gîte très bien équipé et confortable.Pas de souci d internet.Les ballades à vélo sont très agréables entre Tours et Chenonceaux et d autres châteaux sur le bord du Cher.Facile pour faire ses courses à proximité. Le gîte permet de ranger les vélos à l abri.La canicule nous a juste fait penser qu un spa ou piscine aurait été un plus...mais bon il y a tellement de belles choses à voir dans la region!Nous recommandons ce gîte et remercions la gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires.
