This is a charming and very comfortable cosy nest for a couple wishing to discover the treasures of Touraine. The bright, shimmering and beautifully decorated interior is also functional and a truly pleasant place to spend your vacations. Perfectly quiet in a residential area on the banks of the Indre, you'll feel like you're in the countryside, just 20 minutes from the center of Tours! It's also easy to get to most of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. Azay le Rideau, Villandry, Chenonceau and Amboise are just 30 minutes away by car. Last but not least, some of the region's vineyards are sure to be your favorite during your stay with us: Montlouis and Vouvray are 35-40 minutes away, and a little further afield, Chinon, Bourgueil and St Nicolas. In the village or nearby, you'll find: cinema, guinguette, restaurant, fishing spot, playground, green island, tennis court, skateboard area.

Ground floor: living room, lounge (sofa, fireplace, etc.) and fitted kitchen (these 3 rooms in a row), bedroom (bed 140, shower room), wc. 5.2 m² veranda with sitting area. Baby cot. Free WIFI. Electric heating (extra charge: €60/week) and wood-fired heating (extra charge). Courtyard to front, small garden to rear (private and enclosed). Bicycle storage. Please note: no barbecue, but plancha. Firewood: €60 per stere. No smoking.
