Our gîte, adjoining a year-round rental, is located in an old farmhouse, and is ideally situated for exploring the Touraine region (freeway 3 kms away). Ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen (TV, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), lounge (armchairs), 1 bedroom (160cm bed, private shower and toilet), 1 bedroom (2 90cm beds, private shower and toilet). Laundry (washing machine and dryer). Baby equipment: cot, high chair and bathtub. First floor: mezzanine (sofa), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140, private shower and wc). Electric heating (included). Unenclosed courtyard and garden (garden furniture, barbecue). Wifi access. Non-smoking accommodation. Rates include heating, electricity and bed linen.
