Your Holiday cottage has the same history as its neighbors, even if successive extensions over the years have slightly reshaped the neighborhood's architecture. The space offered to you allows you to enjoy comfort, tranquility and rest. The garden (partly private, partly shared if you wish) extends naturally to the banks of the Loire, perfect for walks to the historic center of Tours or cycling along the Loire à Vélo itinerary. Nearby, the cathedral, shopping streets, restaurants, Museums and Place Plum' await you. Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau and Beauval Zoo are all within easy reach!

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (espresso maker, 3-burner induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer), shower room with toilet, 1st living room (connected TV), living-dining room. Upstairs (steep staircase): bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) and small sleeping area (bed 80x200 cm) separated by a curtain. WIFI ACCESS. Enclosed 50 m² garden, part of which is private. Parking opposite Holiday cottage and 2 free public parking lots 100 m away. Small year-round rental on the property (discretion assured). Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Communal covered bike shed (lockable).
