With major cultural events just a few minutes away (Vinci International Convention Center in Tours, Exhibition Center, Theater, etc.), the charming town of St Avertin offers you a very pleasant living environment. The comfort of your gîte, its garden and its veranda, ideal in the off-season, will provide you with rest and well-being. Set between town and country, your gîte is close to some of the Loire Valley's most famous tourist sites: Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Langeais... The Loire à Vélo, Indre à Vélo and Cher à Vélo cycle routes are perfect for exploring the Touraine countryside. The famous vineyards of the Loire Valley are a must-see.
Situated between City and Countryside, this accommodation is an ideal place to stay or stopover. Ground floor: living room (ornamental fireplace, sofa, etc.), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room, wc, laundry room. Floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room with wc. WIFI connection. Gas central heating (extra charge: €13/day) From 04/01/2026 to 03/05/2026 and from 18/10/2026 to 03/01/2027 Private 220 m² courtyard and 300 m² enclosed garden (no barbecue but gas plancha, lockable bike shelter). Pets allowed but compulsory cleaning charge (€60) to be paid on site to owners. No smoking.

Nous avons été reçus par des propriétaires bienveillants et accueillants. Nous avons même reçu un cadeau de bienvenue, c'est très agréable.
Le gîte est très bien situé avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter du jardin, les propriétaires ont mis à disposition des transats pour profiter du jardin très arboré.

Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires, le logement est fonctionnel et très bien situé pour passer un excellent séjour en Touraine. Nous avons été très bien reçus en compagnie de nos 2 petits chihuahua, le jardin totalement clos nous a mis en confiance. Ne pas hésiter si vous devez séjourner vers Tours.

PM Gîte confortable
Notre séjour de 3 semaines pour cause de travaux dans notre maison a été très agréable, même s'il ne s'agissait pas de vacances.
Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé, propre et conforme aux photos. Nous avons profité des journées de printemps ensoleillées dans la véranda orientée au sud.
Les hôtes sont très accueillants, discrets et très serviables. Nous les remercions d'accepter les animaux, y compris les chats, ce qui est rare.
