Right in the heart of Touraine, this gîte is a pleasant pied-à-terre just 500 m from the banks of the Cher, a river much loved by anglers! It's also an ideal base for exploring the exceptional Châteaux de la Loire in the magnificent Touraine region (Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Azay-le-rideau, Valençay...). And that's not all! The surrounding area is full of vineyards where some of the Loire's most famous wines are produced (Touraine, Montlouis and Vouvray appellations). For the little ones, there's an amusement park just 5 minutes away. And for the whole family, the renowned Beauval ZooParc is just 1/2 hour away. On foot, by bike or by car, you'll discover the peace and quiet, nature and picturesque sites of the surrounding countryside! The old towpath has now been converted into the "Cher à velo" trail, which will take you safely to Chenonceau for a stroll...

Just 500 m from the banks of the Cher river and 200 m from the "Cher à vélo" cycling route, this little house is ideal for a couple's vacation (or a couple with 1 or 2 Kids), exploring the Châteaux of the Loire. Ground floor: living room (sofa, 90 cm extra bed for 1 child, etc.), living room/equipped kitchen, wc. Upstairs: shower room, small attic bedroom (bed 160cm) accessible via 2 additional steps. WIFI connection. Electric heating (extra charge: €5/day payable to owners). Private enclosed garden 400 m². Small pets tolerated on prior request to owner. On-site art workshop (at owner's home). Courses available for Kids and adults. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
