You're also 6 km from a pleasant village where a magnificent historical fresco, the Scénoféerie de Semblançay, has been staged every year for the past 30 years (booking essential!). The environment is pleasant, far from the noise and bustle of our cities. Nature lovers can enjoy incomparable moments of serenity on foot or by bike. When it comes to discovering Touraine, you'll quickly reach the most famous sites. All the jewels of the Loire Valley are all around you: Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches.

In an old 19th-century farmhouse, 20 minutes from Tours and on the doorstep of the 18-hole Golf d'Ardrée (less than 1 minute), semi-independent Holiday cottage. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, sitting room (sofa, restricted telephone), wc (washbasin). Floor: 1st bedroom (140cm bed, baby bed available), 2nd bedroom (3 90cm beds), bathroom. WIFI connection. Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning in bedrooms (extra charge). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Unenclosed private garden (gate).
