It's hard not to fall under the spell of this cosy nest in a small Touraine hamlet. Arriving at the gîte is a harbinger of things to come, as evidenced by the wooden terrace overlooking the small lake. As you enter this old tufa stone building, completely restored in 2021, you are overwhelmed by a feeling of well-being, thanks to the subtle touches of decoration and the general equipment. The living room, with its beautiful open-plan kitchen, and the vast bedroom, also air-conditioned, will provide you with perfect comfort for a dream stay in the Pays des Châteaux. Walks or bike rides in the surrounding area will be synonymous with relaxation and pleasure, as will discovering our jewels. The incredible Château de Chenonceau and Montpoupon are just 10 minutes away! Beauval Zoo, one of the most beautiful in the world, is just 30 minutes away. Also close by: Amboise, Loches, a loop of the Loire à Vélo.
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) close to the owners' house. Ground floor: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), bathroom with toilet, washing machine in annex. WIFI connection. Reversible air-conditioning. (included in rates). Possibility of accommodating a 4th person thanks to a 2nd bed 90X200 cm in the bedroom. 12 m2 terrace. Private garden and access to the property. Small lake opposite the gîte requiring parents' full attention. Non-smoking accommodation.

Ricardo Erholsamer Urlaub in Top Unterkunft
Der Empfang am Ferienhaus durch die Gastgeber war herzlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und weitere Produkte als Geschenk aus der Region.
Das Haus liegt ruhig am Feldrand. Highlight ist der kleine Froschteich direkt vor der Terrasse. Man kann hier herrlich entspannen.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben hier uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch für Wanderausflüge oder zum Besuch der Schlösser ist das Haus ein Perfekter Ausgangspunkt.
Wir waren traurig als unser Urlaub hier um war. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben und wir werden sehr gerne erneut buchen, sowie das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Pierre Magnifique gîte
Nous y avons séjourné du 11 au 18 octobre 2025.
L'accueil était très chaleureux et les petites attentions ont été appréciées.
Le gîte est tout simplement parfait. Les équipements sont de qualité et rien ne manque.
La situation au calme nous a permis de voir plusieurs fois des chevreuils depuis la terrasse.

Excellent Très bien
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L accueil fort sympathique avec de petites attentions locales,un gîte très bien agencé et fonctionnel et propreté impeccable. Bien localisé pour visiter les châteaux.
La terrasse avec vu sur l étang aux grenouilles, un plaisir à l’état simple.
