The Gîte du Verger is housed in a fully restored 19th-century outbuilding of the Château des Belles Ruries. It is located in the heart of a 300-hectare property of character, with forests, meadows and fields inviting you to enjoy beautiful walks (2 other gîtes on the property). The proximity of the Loire Valley puts the region's riches within your reach: Loire castles, vineyards, gastronomy, amusement parks for young and old alike.
The Gîte du Verger boasts a new pool area built around a 19th-century Orangerie (opening July 2024), with a heated pool (15m x 6m), sauna and large terrace with pergolas.

The almost-independent Holiday cottage "Le Verger" is located on a 150-hectare wooded estate (2 other Holiday cottages on the estate). From July 1, 2024: heated swimming pool (15x6m) (from July 1 to October 1) and sauna to share. Ground floor: living room with built-in kitchen, sitting room (2 sofas), 1st bedroom (2 beds 100 x 200), bathroom, wc. Floor: 2nd bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), 3rd bedroom (2 beds 100 x 200, 1 crib), shower room with wc. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. Central heating (included). Unenclosed garden (swing). Shared table tennis. WIFI access. Holiday cottage all-inclusive (except tourist tax). PISCINE OPENING: May 1 to November 1 (9:00 am to 7:00 pm).

    Estancia magnífica en un entorno de naturaleza

    pasamos unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables en un edificio rehabilitado con todas las instalaciones actualizadas. El área de piscina que teníamos muy cerca de nuestra casa es espectacular, con un edificio anexo con sauna y otros servicios complementarios. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia con un bosque precioso perteneciente al chateau. Experiencia para repetir. Los dueños super amables, además Robin el anfitrión habla español perfectamente por lo que fue muy fácil comunicarnos.

    Excellent!

    Le gîte est très bien placé près de Tours pour pouvoir aller dîner dans ses restaurants et aussi pour visiter les différents châteaux de la vallée de la Loire. La piscine est fabuleuse et chaude même lorsque le temps n'est pas au RDV. Un excellent séjour.

    Un week end reussi

    Des propriétaires accueillants et réactifs, un gite qui sort de l'ordinaire dans une immense proprieté, une piscine chauffée, tout a contribué à faire de ce w.e.prolongé une réussite. Ma petite fille a apprécié de pouvoir approcher des poules, de voir des grenouilles, des lièvres, des chevreuils et de faire de la draisienne sur les allées et les pelouses.Nous espérons pouvoir retourner un jour prochain aux Belles Ruries.
