Elegance and refinement in the choice of materials and equipment characterize this house for 8 people, with its three bedrooms and two large shower rooms, one of which houses a splendid Finnish spa. A large games room with foosball and billiards will entertain both young and old. A boulodrome with outdoor lights and a ping-pong table will make your stay in Vouvray, in the heart of its AOC vineyards, even more enjoyable.

Ground floor (3 steps into the gîte): 35 m² living/dining room (sofa, 100-channel Internet TV), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (3 x 90cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), toilet with washbasin, 2 shower rooms, 1 with wooden Finnish spa and toilet. WIFI. Electric heating included + heat pump. 4 interior steps to 2-bed bedroom. 350 m² shaded enclosed courtyard (garden furniture, sun loungers), games room (sofa, table soccer, billiards, darts, etc.). Ping-pong table, floodlit bowling green, barbecue. Bed linen option (beds made up with comforter cover). Possibility of renting 2 electric bikes and 2 mountain bikes. No smoking.

Marion Encore une fois un dépaysement parfait
Nous venons régulièrement pour les vacances de la Toussaint et c'est toujours aussi agréable. Séjour avec les grands parents, parents et enfants, nous sommes 8.
Chacun à son espace, avec une salle de jeux parfaite pour tous les âges et un jacuzzi qui fait le plus grand bien après une visite dans les environs, et ça ne manque pas.

BROWNIES Perfect for a family reunion
Highly recommend this gîte. We spent a wonderful week there and really appreciated the welcome by the owners and the gift of local cheese and bottle of sparkling Vouvray on arrival. It is very clean and well equipped, we particularly enjoyed the Spa and the games room which came in handy on rainy days. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area we particularly enjoyed visits to Tours and the Chenonceau, Villandry, Amboise and Chaumont -sur-Loire castles.

Djbarrie Lovely Loire valley property built into cave!!
Lovely property and amazing location for all the main Loire valley attractions. Easy to find and a great welcome from hosts. Property was well equipped and had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great to have access to jacuzzi and games room. Great historical cave house!! Only minor issue was slight smell of damp in playroom and adjoining bedroom probably due to fact it is in a cave! We would highly recommend the property!! Thanks
