Magnificent restoration for this 180m² troglodyte house. Elegance and refinement in the choice of materials and equipment characterize this house for 8 people, with its three bedrooms and two large shower rooms, one of which houses a splendid Finnish spa. A large games room with foosball and billiards will entertain both young and old. A boulodrome with outdoor lights and a ping-pong table will make your stay in Vouvray, in the heart of its AOC vineyards, even more enjoyable.
1 OUTSIDE PLUG BUT NOT FOR CAR
Ground floor (3 steps into the gîte): 35 m² living/dining room (sofa, 100-channel Internet TV), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (3 x 90cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), toilet with washbasin, 2 shower rooms, 1 with wooden Finnish spa and toilet. WIFI. Electric heating included + heat pump. 4 interior steps to 2-bed bedroom. 350 m² shaded enclosed courtyard (garden furniture, sun loungers), games room (sofa, table soccer, billiards, darts, etc.). Ping-pong table, floodlit bowling green, barbecue. Bed linen option (beds made up with comforter cover). Possibility of renting 2 electric bikes and 2 mountain bikes. No smoking.

Claire Très beau séjour !
Très beau gîte troglodyte avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et passer un séjour agréable pour notre famille de 6. Calme et bien situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Très bel accueil de nos hôtes qui ont même eu la jolie attention de nous offrir du pétillant de Vouvray et du fromage de chèvre de la région dans le frigo. Je recommande!

maison très très confortable .rien ne manque . nous y sommes allés la semaine de canicule et nous avons apprécié en plus du confort la fraîcheur de ce troglo.la salle de jeux fut la bienvenue les après -midi de fortes chaleurs.

Dominique Adventure in the Caves!
We had a fun stay in the Troglodytes!
We were traveling with 3 of our grandchildren (age 6, 4, and 18 months).
The place was clean, very open with lots of space. We played soccer, ping pong, and Petanque every day. The bedrooms were nice and every body slept well.
The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. It had with a beautiful stove, big refrigerator, coffee maker and all the tools needed to make a great meal!
The playroom was a total win! It kept every body busy!
(If they were not outside). The Troglodyte is near stores and restaurants. It is also a short driving distance to fun daily trip destinations.
It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed!

Week-end entre amis Une. Réussite.
Une expérience à vivre dans un cadre enchanteur avec en bonus comme voisin immédiat une famille de viticulteurs
Qui nous a fait découvrir avec une gentillesse, trop rare ,le chai , la cave et bien sûr sa production de vin de Vouvray .
A faire absolument juste au-dessus du gîte, une randonnée d’une heure 15 balisée par le viticulteur parmi ses vignes et autres champs de blé . tout au long du parcours, vous trouverez des bornes explicatives sur la culture de la vigne.

la familia parfait
Gite très spacieux et confortable , parfaitement équipé
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir soleil et chaleur et la terrasse ombragée est très agréable alors que l'intérieur garde la fraîcheur
Tout est prévu pour les loisirs
