Set in the grounds of a 19th-century château, your self-catering cottage is located above the estate's former stables. Beautiful period architecture and contemporary comforts, superbly enhanced by carefully selected antique furniture, will enable you to make the most of your stay in Touraine. A superb setting overlooking the centuries-old trees that adorn the property will be conducive to dawn or evening strolls for guaranteed moments of happiness. As soon as you enter your gîte, you'll forget it's on the first floor: its layout, comfort and atmosphere create a feeling of well-being. In fine weather, the peacefulness of the setting, the wide open spaces and the small lake will provide you with the pleasures of the great outdoors, whether for relaxing or playing with the kids. Close to Amboise, its castle, its market, not far from Chaumont s/ Loire and its International Garden Festival, the Loire Valley opens up to you.

First floor: living room (sofa bed, TV), fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds in each, beds can be twinned to make 1 double bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each), 1 bedroom (3 single beds, possibility of twinning 2 beds), 2 shower rooms, 3 separate wc. Laundry room on ground floor. WIFI connection. Oil-fired central heating (extra €10/day payable to owner). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. Unenclosed private garden in the grounds of the property (covered shelter, gas barbecue, private parking). Additional 48m² tent available on request. Small lake on property (caution required for young Kids). Small pets allowed with owners' agreement. Available: table soccer, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, swing. Stables for 5 horses (5 boxes) + paddock available on request and at extra charge. Rates include electricity. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
