Less than an hour from Futuroscope, Beauval Zoo and the great châteaux of the Loire (Loches is only 30 minutes away), your gîte is set in the heart of the beautiful countryside of southern Touraine, so close to the riches of the Loire Valley. The peace and quiet, the walks and bike rides will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation before and after your days exploring Touraine and the surrounding area. The light-filled gîte boasts a pretty garden overlooking the surrounding countryside, from which you can see Le Chatelier, a feudal château where concerts are held in a sumptuous setting. You'll also be close to the charming village of Grand-Pressigny. Its château houses a fascinating prehistory museum that's a must-see! The Royal City of Loches and its castle are also well worth a visit for the market in the old town, one of the most famous in the region. Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau and Chinon are magical and easily accessible.
