A truly exceptional location for your vacation! For relaxation and rest in absolute calm, it's a green, forested environment where you'll be completely immersed in nature. This self-contained gîte is nestled in the heart of a magnificent wooded property of over 8 hectares, with winding paths and trails ideal for hiking. The house, a former winegrower's farmhouse, is a reflection of its surroundings and borders on excellence. A lovely stone and red brick façade, a functional interior, particularly well cared for and tastefully decorated. If you were looking for the perfect address, you've found it! As far as the surrounding area is concerned, you'll be between Futuroscope and the Châteaux of the Loire (Chinon, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé), close to a number of famous wine-growing regions, including Chinon and Saumur. On the property, 600 m away, a pond will delight fishing enthusiasts (no permit required, rods on loan: carp, fry, etc.).
Independent, restored winegrower's cottage, all-inclusive (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room (fireplace, 2 sofas, CD/DVD player, CANAL SATELITE TV, etc.), fitted kitchen (fireplace), shower room, wc. 1st floor: relaxation room, 1st bedroom (1 bed 180x200 convertible into 2 beds 90x200), 2nd bedroom (1 bed 180x200), shower room, wc. On the same floor, but accessed via a different staircase: 3rd bedroom (2 beds 90x200). Free WIFI via satellite connection. Electric heating (included). Outside-access laundry room. 124 m² walled garden (sheltered terrace/patio, 21 m² lockable bike room) in the middle of an 8.5 ha wooded property. Undergrowth area with hammocks. 2 km botanical discovery trail in the forest, identify local trees (quiz for children). Included: heating, electricity, water, firewood, bed linen (beds made up), towels and tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. La maison est charmante, propre et très spacieuse — parfaite pour deux, mais adaptée à davantage de personnes. Située au cœur de la forêt, entierement privée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et l’espace.Exactement comme décrit!
La maison est bien équipée. La région est superbe, nous avons fait de belles promenades dans la forêt aux couleurs d’automne. Il faut un peu de voiture pour visiter les sites alentours, mais cela en valait la peine: le château d’Azay-le-Rideau nous a impressionnés.
Les propriétaires habitent non loin et étaient très attentifs.

Harris family An oasis of calm
A beautifully clean and well decorated gîte away from the world. The enclosed garden is lovely for eating out and sunbathing, the forest and fields around are full of wildlife, we saw deer, hares and lots of birds. The gîte itself has games and all the comforts you could wish for. We had an amazing week of cycling, canoeing and visiting chateaux. We would recommend this gîte, especially if you like to get away from everything.

Bretons Un superbe gîte
Une maison d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée en tout point (jeux, loisirs, télé, cuisine…), très confortable, décorée avec goût et soin, ayant un indéniable cachet.
Une grande étendue herbeuse puis des forêts qui permettent d’observer au petit matin lièvres chevreuils et renards, un bel étang à proximité, un calme absolu, et un propriétaire discret et soucieux de nous accueillir dans le meilleures conditions… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !- Cleanliness

isa et frank idéal pour des vacances au calme
Parfaitement adapté à des vacances natures. Pour le vélo belle voie verte jusque Chinon. Beaucoup de choses à visiter.

Pmc Calme absolu au cœur de la nature
Gîte très confortable avec des équipements de qualité.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement au milieu des bois (présence de chevreuils, cerfs...), la cheminée (bois fourni), le chauffage efficace dans toutes les pièces (compris dans la location).
A recommander sans réserve.
