Owned by winegrowers. Ground floor: living room-kitchen. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 180cm, separable into 2 x 90cm beds), shower room/wc. Cot available. Central heating (6 €/day). Private courtyard/garden of 70 m². No smoking.
