A private enclosed area on a vast property to which you'll have access, and where children can enjoy the outdoors to the full: trampoline, soccer pitch, table tennis. You'll spend a holiday in Touraine, in the heart of nature, just 10 minutes from the A10 freeway, giving you quick access to the fabulous riches of the Loire Valley, between Chinon and Loches, two royal cities well worth a visit. A land of vineyards and a wealth of local produce to sample, you'll be staying in the land of "Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine", a goat's cheese famous for the straw that runs right through it. In the land of castles, Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Langeais open their doors to you... Don't wait any longer, we'll be delighted to welcome you.
Old house freshly renovated with air conditioning ALL INCLUSIVE (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room-lounge-equipped kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom with door onto terrace (1 bed 140 + shower), TV, separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 separable into 2 beds + bathroom). TV, WIFI. Reversible air-conditioning (included). Private enclosed courtyard 70 m² on 5-hectare property. Free baby kit on request. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. To be shared with owners and 2nd Holiday cottage: soccer pitch + table tennis + bowling green + trampoline + swing + slide. Rates include: heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets (beds made up), towels, household linen. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

K&M Séjour Gîte Le Nid 23/08/25 to 29/08/25
Séjour du 23 au 29 août 2025
Notre séjour au Nid a été tout ce que nous aurions pu souhaiter.
L'accueil de Marinou à notre arrivée a été si chaleureux. Elle a même amené son petit-fils qui parle bien anglais en cas de problème d'explication.
Le Gîte a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il ne faut pas vraiment apporter quoi que ce soit. La climatisation a été très appréciée par cet anglais qui ne supporte pas si bien la chaleur.
Le Nid est dans un environnement très calme qui est idéalement situé pour découvrir les attractions de la Vallée de la Loire. Si nous devions revenir dans la région, nous retournerions sans hésiter au Nid et le recommanderions à nos amis et à notre famille.
Nous remercions Marinou et Patrice pour leur gentillesse.

Our stay in Le Nid has been everything we could have wished for & more.
The welcome we received from Marinou on arrival was so warm. She even brought round her Grandson who speaks good English in case of any explanation issues.
The Gite has everything you need, you don’t really have to bring anything. The air conditioning is a very welcome addition for an Englishman who doesn't take heat so well!The Nid is in very calm surroundings, that is well situated for the attractions of the Loire Valley & if we were to be in this region again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to Le Nid and indeed recommend it to friends and family.

Gîte très bien équipé en pleine campagne. Grand terrain avec visite d'animaux sauvages : lièvre, perdrix, chevreuils. La climatisation silencieuse, salon et chambres, est bien agréable par forte chaleur, surtout la chambre à l'étage (avec lit de 160). Excellent accueil de la proprietaire très disponible.
