This comfortable old mill, set in the heart of the forest, is accessible via a local road. It offers peace and quiet in a protected environment.
In the heart of 4 ha of Forest and meadows, 3 km from Gizeux, Moulin Raimboeuf guarantees a vacation of relaxation, nature and discovery, not far from the Royal River, AOC vineyards and the Loire castles. Ground floor: living room (piano), kitchen, 1st bedroom (140cm bed), bath/wc. 1st floor: large living/bedroom on landing (1 bed 90 + 1 sofa bed + 1 sofa bed BZ 160 ), 2nd bed (bed 140, 2 beds 90), 3rd bed (bed 140, bed 120), bath, wc. Baby bed. Central heating (€18/day). 4 ha garden, shelter, p-pong, outdoor games. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, final cleaning (possibility of a €50 supplement if the house is very dirty when the tenants leave) and firewood. A pellet stove has been installed (pellets supplied). Small dogs allowed with owners' agreement.

Robin des Bois L'esprit de la forêt
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, à découvrir la nature dans le plus grand calme. La forêt attenante permet de grandes randonnées à partir du gîte même. Les châteaux de Gizeux et Champchevrier valent la visite, et Bourgueil (à ne pas manquer le marché du mardi matin) est une petite ville très sympathique, avec son parc animalier situé tout près de l'école. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et nous recommandons cette location. Merci pour ce séjour particulièrement agréable et reposant !

Heather Fantastic rural holiday
Our family of four (children aged 12 and 10) had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin Raimboeuf. Sylvie and Jean were fantastic hosts - warm, welcoming, with great local recommendations (and excellent English). The gite was ideal for what turned out to be a very hot week - as temperatures soared outside, the downstairs in particular stayed wonderfully cool, and the lounge had the most comfortable sofas. We made good use of the patio table for eating breakfast and dinner when it wasn't quite as hot, and loved the peace and quiet of the surrounding fields and woodland, as well as the ping pong table and the various loungers. It was ideally located for trips into Tours, plus we had a wonderful visit to the nearby chateau at Giseaux. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a rural getaway with lots of space to relax and explore.
