Wade across the Choisille, on the paths to St-Jacques-de-Compostelle, St-Martin-de-Tours and Mont-St-Michel, contemplate the proud allure of the massive and no less elegant Roman bridge, stay in this ancient mill whose origins date back to the 10th century, and enjoy an exceptional setting just an hour from the historic center of Tours. Your gîte occupies one end of this atypical site, offering vast volumes, great comfort and a superb swimming pool reserved for you. Its magnificent, light-filled living room features a fully-equipped kitchen for those who wish to prepare tasty dishes even on vacation! Strolling around the large property is like immersing yourself in a protected natural area, where birdsong, the scent of countless plant species and the sound of water are an invitation to happiness. The greatest châteaux are within easy reach: Chenonceaux, Amboise, Chambord...

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) with unheated Piscine shared with owners (by mutual agreement). NOT FOR KIDS UNDER 10 (RIVIÈRE, BIEF, PONTS....). Ground floor: living room in veranda, 2 steps up, equipped kitchen with open fireplace (wood supplied), Krups (Dolce Gusto) pod and traditional (filter) coffee makers, 1 bedroom with shower room (1 bed 160x200), separate toilet.     Très bon séjour au moulin de mondoux

    Endroit très agréable et chaleureux pour y avoir passé de belles journées agrémentées par des soirées au coin du feu. Encore beaucoup de lieu à découvrir, nous espérons y revenir. Hôtes très sympathiques et discrets. Nous recommandons cet endroit

    France paradise

    Dear Caroline and Gerard,

    What a surprise it was for us when we opened the gate after a long drive: a small French paradise somewhere at the end of a long road. What an idyllic spot you have here in Saint Cyr Sur Loire a great property, in nature with a lovely swimming pool. Together with your lovely dog/daughter 'Stella' you complete the French picture.

    The Gite where we stayed has been furnished with great care and love. It really lacks nothing!
    A delicious breakfast in the sun by the pool at the front of the Gite. Or the great view over the associated land from the bedroom and kitchen. Waking up every day with the idea that you hear a downpour... but nothing could be further from the truth! It is a small waterfall that you hear behind the house. How wonderful is that!

    We would like to thank you incredibly for your special hospitality and the wonderful stay during our first holiday together.

    We will be back! Next time with Norma See you soon dear Carolien and Gerard!
