On a working cereal farm, in the heart of the countryside, gîte in 18th-century stone building, opening onto large square courtyard with terrace. Owner on site and unheated swimming pool available (protected access). Ground floor: living room/kitchen leading (via 2 steps) to living room, 1st bedroom (160cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 90cm beds), shower room (accessible via 2 steps from kitchen), wc. Floor: 3rd bedroom (bed 160, bathroom with bath and wc), 4th bedroom (2 beds 90). WIFI ACCESS. Oil-fired central heating included. Large rear garden (p-pong). Baby chair and cot.
