Located 10 km from Ste Maure de Touraine, the Gîte du Malhureau is the ideal place to gather with family or friends. It's in a quiet location, close to the Châteaux de la Loire (Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, etc.), the Route des Vins (Cravant, Chinon, Bourgueil) and 35 minutes from the Futuroscope.
On a working cereal farm, in the heart of the countryside, gîte in 18th-century stone building, opening onto large square courtyard with terrace. Owner on site and unheated swimming pool available (protected access). Ground floor: living room/kitchen leading (via 2 steps) to living room, 1st bedroom (160cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 90cm beds), shower room (accessible via 2 steps from kitchen), wc. Floor: 3rd bedroom (bed 160, bathroom with bath and wc), 4th bedroom (2 beds 90). WIFI ACCESS. Oil-fired central heating included. Large rear garden (p-pong). Baby chair and cot. All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax): bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning package, heating, electricity, basket of wood for stove. Non-smoking accommodation. SWIMMINGPOOL OPENING: 15/06 to 15/09.

Cathyetalain Noel en famille
Sur le site nous avions trouvé le gîte idéal pour ce Noël, et il l’a été. Accueil chaleureux et attentions délicates de la propriétaire, décorations de Noël, feu de bois, un espace pour chacun pour s’isoler et pour tous pour se retrouver, cuisine bien équipée et belles balades possibles alentour. Bref, un séjour réussi. Merci

L’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureuse ! Très à l’écoute !
La grande maison permet à chacun de trouver un espace de tranquillité ou de se réunir
pour des jeux en famille dans le salon et dehors autour du salon de jardin.
Les jeunes ont aussi fort apprécié la grande piscine.
Balades au milieu des champs…tranquillité assurée !
