In this old house renovated in 2020, an outbuilding of the Moulin de Perran, you'll enjoy a pied-à-terre located between the Royal River, the Loire and the Loir in the neighboring Sarthe region, which conceals so many treasures. Spacious bedrooms, two superb shower rooms, a fireplace perfect for the autumn and winter seasons and the surrounding countryside ideal for relaxing, walking or cycling are just some of the features that will delight you. The chateaux of the Loire Valley are within easy reach, with the A85 freeway just 10 minutes away. French historical landmarks such as Chenonceau, Amboise, Chinon, Chambord, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and the many vineyards that make up our landscape are now within easy reach, a great opportunity to meet our winemakers.
