This beautiful tuffeau stone farmhouse, typical of the Loire Valley, offers you the peace and quiet of the Touraine countryside, the countless riches of the Touraine region and a superb indoor swimming pool whatever the season (shared with the other gîte nearby). The interior layout, the numerous facilities and the vast wooded garden will delight you, and your vacation or weekend will be tinged with joy, discovery and pleasure, whether gastronomic (here you'll be in truffle country), recreational or cultural. The unique city of Cardinal de Richelieu, its architecture, its ancient market halls, Chinon and its Royal Fortress, the Château du Rivau are must-see sites, as are the other jewels of our region: Loches, Chenonceau, Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau and Villandry.

Floor: mezzanine (2 beds 90x200), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 180x200), 1 bedroom (2 beds90x200), shower room and separate wc. WIFI. Oil-fired central heating (included in rates). Shared: swimming pool, boules pitch and games room. Non-smoking accommodation. Small pets accepted by prior arrangement with owners. Electric vehicle recharging point 1 km away (in the village). SWIMMING POOL OPEN ALL YEAR. Cleaning deposit of €150 to be given to the owners on arrival.
