In a magnificent green setting, this independent gîte is ideal for fishermen. It is located on the ground floor of an old 17th- and 18th-century mill, which houses a 2nd gîte at another end of the building, as well as the owners. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, sleeping area (single bed) communicating with bedroom (shower, washbasin, 1 double bed), wc. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. WIFI connection. Electric heating (€4-6/day). Shared facilities: barbecue, parking, 2-hectare island linked to the gîte courtyard by a weir, 1500 m² shaded courtyard and enclosed garden.
