Ground floor: large living room (sofa, wood-burning stove, etc.), dining room/equipped kitchen (fireplace, etc.), shower room, wc. 1st floor: 1st bedroom (bed 140), 2nd bedroom (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90), toilet (wc + washbasin). A laundry room with shower is accessible from outside. Electric heating (included). WIFI available. 90 m² enclosed courtyard and 2000 m² unfenced garden. Covered bike room. Bicycles available free of charge. Local pond and river for anglers. Prices include heating, electricity and wood for the fireplace (and stove). No smoking.
