This former winegrowing property has preserved its traditional architectural heritage, and will be completely restored by Katia and David in 2021, transforming it into a comfortable gîte. You'll enjoy a vast, pleasant garden where children and parents are sure to find something to do: rest, play or dine on the terrace. The interior and exterior fittings have been designed for maximum comfort. This corner of the Touraine region has a wealth of treasures to offer, and is an ideal playground for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The proximity of the magnificent Royal City of Loches is ideal for visiting its castle, strolling through its medieval quarter and enjoying the terraces of its many restaurants. You'll also find one of the finest markets in the region on Wednesdays and Saturdays. What an atmosphere! A real treat... 15 minutes away, Montrésor (one of France's most beautiful villages) and the Chemillé-sur-Indrois lake (water sports, tree climbing) are magnificent.
