You're in the heart of the AOC Chinon vineyards, 15 km from Azay-le-Rideau and 4 km from Crissay-sur-Manse, a village listed as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages. Le Colombier is the former main building of a fortified farmhouse with dovecote and bread oven. It was built in the 16th century and has been tastefully restored. The charming property overlooks the countryside and enjoys exceptional silence. Close to the Chinon wine route.
Detached house in a former fortified farmhouse (16th and 17th centuries). Breathtaking views over the Vienne valley, where silence is the most faithful companion. Ground floor: living room (2 sofas), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bathroom, wc. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 adjoining) (1 bed 160, 4 single beds, 1 crib), 1 shower room, 1 wc. Electric heating (extra according to meter). Courtyard and enclosed grounds of approx. 4000 m². 2nd gîte on the property. Firewood (extra charge: €7 per basket).

Arthur Séjour familial.
Excellent cadre, grande tranquillité, parfaitement clôturé pour accueil des chiens bien élevés en liberté. En saison humide une amélioration de l'isolation serait bien venue les propriétaires en sont conscients. Très bon accueil cordial.
