In the heart of the town of Bléré, in a quiet, leafy residential area, the gîte is just 200 m from the banks of the Cher river and access to the Le Cher à Vélo bike trail, along which you'll enjoy magnificent walks, including the Château de Chenonceau. All shops and services are within walking distance. The gîte boasts a heated swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-September) and a 5-seater outdoor SPA (open all year round). What's more, you'll find a magnificent restoration completed in 2022, a refined decor of the finest effect, finishes of rare meticulousness both inside and out, and equipment and products of the highest quality from floor to ceiling. You'll find everything that makes Touraine so rich within a 10 to 50 minute radius: the châteaux of the Loire (Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont, Cheverny, Chambord, Villandry, Azay le Rideau), the vineyards (Montlouis, Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil) and the famous Beauval Zoo (30 min away).
All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are air-conditioned upstairs and 1 on the ground floor with bathroom and fan. Beautiful house in the center of Bléré, 3 min walk from the banks of the Cher river. Ground floor (via 1 step): fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living-dining room (TV, stove/fireplace), 1st bedroom (bed 160x200 + shower room), laundry room, WC/washbasin. Floor: 2nd bedroom (bed 160x200), 3rd bedroom (2 beds 90), 4th bedroom (2 beds 90 + shower room), bathroom (bath + walk-in shower), WC. WIFI Internet access. Heating included. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the Piscine. Enclosed 300 m² grounds accessible from the terrace via 1 or 2 steps, 4-car parking, secure private heated swimming pool (4 m x 2.5 m, open 15/05-15/09), sheltered SPA (year-round), table tennis, trampoline, BBQ, plancha, 2 covered shelters including 1 equipped bike shelter (electric charging point, water point). Heated Piscine open: 15/05 to 15/09.

Le gite est intégralement pensé pour la satisfaction du locataire: l'accueil avec un excellent panier gourmand ,la propreté, là décoration magnifique avec de beaux matériaux ,la literie de qualité ,le coté pratique avec par exemple tous les ustensiles de cuisine disponible, le jardin bien organisé, la communication excellente avec les propriétaires, bref un gite parfait ,une référence, Bravo.

En Famille Séjour Bléré
Excellent séjour. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, très au calme et très lumineux, même en cette saison. Situation idéale dans un village aux multiples petits commerces de qualité, proche de la voie longeant le Cher, et des activités touristiques. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons!

Ann Enjoyable holiday
This gîte is of a really high atandard, in a small town so we could walk to the good choice of local restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are all tastefulky decorated to a high standard. Rhe jacuzzi is well maintained and a big plus.

Claire Bonnet Semaine parfaite
Quelle chouette semaine passée en famille dans ce gîte! L’emplacement est idéal car situé en plein centre ville et non loin des nombreuses activités de la région! Le gîte est extrêmement bien équipé et fonctionnel, la literie très confortable. On sent que les prioritaires ont mis beaucoup de cœur dans la rénovation de leur gîte et c’est très réussi, on s’y est senti vraiment bien. Nul doute que si nous revenons dans la région, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici! Je recommande à 1000%.

MABERTRA Bon séjour en famille
Gite proche de tous les commerces et très calme.
Gite très bien équipé, très confortable et avec les grosses chaleurs, la piscine a été particulièrement appréciée.
On a beaucoup profité de la terrasse.
Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux.

CMC201719 Family cycling holiday
We loved our stay at this gîte. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated throughout with excellent facilities. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and we particularly loved cooking on the plancha on the terrace during the warm summer evenings. We holidayed as a young family plus two extra adults. Our children especially loved the pool and the trampoline. We hired bikes for the week and thoroughly enjoying discovering all the local areas by bike. The bike paths are excellent and the town is well-connected.
Emmanuelle and Alexandre were gracious hosts and have thought in great detail about all the details to make our stay in their house extremely comfortable. We would happily return and didn’t want to leave!
