Between cultural discoveries and moments of relaxation, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base from which to explore the riches of the Loire Valley.
The Holiday cottage is entirely private for holidaymakers. However, it is possible for the owner to stay on site from time to time, in an independent space adjoining the main rental and not accessible to the public.

Mme Maignan nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance, gentillesse et discrétion.
Situé en pleine campagne tout en étant proche de tout commerce, le logement, qui est une vieille bâtisse refaite à neuf, est d'une propreté RARE et ne manque absolument de rien.
Le jardin est immense et bien arboré, ce qui nous a permis de prendre chacun de nos repas à l'ombre dense d'un immense marronnier.
Quant à la magnifique piscine, entretenue journalièrement par Florent qui, au passage est toujours prêt à rendre service, elle nous a permis de passer de très longs moments au frais, pour notre bonheur et celui de nos petits enfants qui s'en sont donnés à cœur joie durant cette semaine de canicule.- Cleanliness

Stuart An Exceptional Stay with the Warmest Welcome
We had the best house of our eight-week holiday in France.
The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, whether for a short break or a longer stay.
When travelling with our three cats, it's always important to get them settled after a long drive. On arrival, we received a lovely welcome from the owner. The first thing she said was, "Cats first, then we talk." That immediately made us feel at home.
The house had already been prepared for our cats, with fresh water and a litter box waiting for them. This thoughtful gesture meant they could settle in straight away while we unpacked.
The fantastic pool was the icing on the cake—beautifully maintained and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and it was clear she genuinely cared about both her guests and their pets. We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

LAQUOIS Juste magnifique
Sylvain et sa maman sont des hôtes comme on en fait plus, d'une gentillesse et d'une très grande disponibilité.
Lieu familial chargé d'histoire qui trouve une seconde vie grâce à Sylvain.
Le gîte est juste incroyable, rien ne manque, tout est prévu pour le plus grand confort.
Parmi tous les gîtes que nous avons pu louer celui-ci est de loin une "Perle".- Cleanliness

le gîte est bien agencé, la piscine est un plus

Sandra Très beau séjour au bois chaudron
Nous avons séjourné au bois chaudron sur le WE du 1/05entre amis avec nos 2 chiens. La maison est confortable, propre et bien équipée, les extérieurs magnifiques, l'environnement très calme et la piscine chauffée est un gros plus. Nous avons pu visiter les chateaux aux alentours. L'accueil était chaleureux et on sent que Sylvain est très investi.
