On 3 levels (unsuitable for children under 6), this very original town gîte places you at the foot of the ramparts of the medieval town, for a stay in the very heart of Loches. Lower level: living room/equipped kitchen, troglodytic bedroom (bed 140) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet. Small sitting area (3 steps down). Ground floor with street-level entrance: bright living room (sofa, etc.), "suspended" study. WIFI connection. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (mezzanine overlooking living room: 140cm bed). The lowest level (level -2) is accessed via an external stone staircase (and also from the lower level): vast vaulted and tiled cellar. Not suitable for the disabled. Electric heating (extra charge/meter). Public parking nearby. Flat-rate supplement of €20/week for use of fireplace.
