Your gîte will inevitably give you a pleasant feeling of well-being for an unforgettable stay in Touraine. Sabine and Patrick, the owners, will be happy to recommend the region's must-see places. These include the Cité du Cardinal de Richelieu and its magnificent park 15 minutes away, the Château du Rivau, Chinon, Loches, Crissay-sur-Manse (one of France's most beautiful villages) and neighboring Poitou (Romanesque art, Futuroscope). You can also explore the many greenways on foot or by bike, and meet our many winegrowers for a tasty wine tasting. Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le Rideau and the other great names of the Loire Valley are magical places to visit. We look forward to meeting you! All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) with independent access. The owners live on site, but there are no neighbours. Piscine 11X4 m heated (01/05 to 30/09) shared with owners. Ground floor: living room with bedroom (1 bed 160), fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, gas stove with large oven), bathroom with toilet. WIFI connection. Electric heating (included in rates). Private 2000 m² garden on enclosed property. This Holiday cottage is not suitable for young Kids. Patrick, metal decorator, will be delighted to show you his skills. His creations are for sale on site. Washing machine available on request for stays of at least 4 nights. Non-smoking accommodation. PISCINE OPENING: 01/05 to 30/09. A10 freeway exit 10 minutes away. Forest walks, Hiking and biking trails, and mushroom picking in autumn, all within easy walking distance of the house.
