The restoration of this farmhouse, with its superb facade and beautiful interior, has been a real success. You'll enjoy a cozy, comfortable and bucolic stay in the heart of the quiet, unspoilt Touraine countryside. In addition to the small cycling routes in the vicinity, cycling enthusiasts will be delighted to be just 5 km from the Indre à Vélo trail. The house is close to the châteaux of the Loire Valley, including Chenonceau (20 mins) and Amboise (20 mins), as well as the vineyards of Montlouis and Vouvray (30 mins), making it an ideal base for exploring the Loire Valley.

SamD Gîte très chaleureux et agréable!
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Hélène! Le Gîte correspond tout à fait à ce que nous aimons en famille : à la campagne, logement avec du charme, bien aménagé (poêle à bois, cuisine, literie de qualité). Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour qui nous a permis de partager des moments en famille dans le gîte, dans son jardin, dans les alentours proches mais aussi plus loin pour des visites (Chenonceaux, Amboise, Clos Lucé, Beauval). Merci à Hélène pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse.

Endroit calme et bien équipé , la propriétaire nous a gentiment accueilli, déco Noël avec sapin super. nous avons chauffe au bois très appréciable , seul point négatif le nettoyage laissait à désirer araignées, portes sales , hotte, chaises hautes enfants très sales .

Je suis surprise de cet avis venant d'une collègue (propriétaire de location de tourisme). Je ne comprends pas votre démarche... Ceci dit, je tiens à préciser que le ménage ne laisse absolument pas à désirer, il est systématiquement fait après chaque location par une équipe de 2 personnes. Néanmoins nous tiendrons compte de vos remarques. Merci pour les points positifs sur la décoration, l'ambiance et la tranquillité, dommage que ce ne soient pas évalués, j'aurais pu avoir 5 étoiles.

Manu Au coeur des merveilles du Val de Loire
Gite de caractère avec tout le confort. Un accueil très à l'écoute.
Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour d'automne avec un temps idéal et moins de monde dans les sites visités (Chaumont sur Loire, Chenonceaux, Zoo Beauval).

Dom Séjour d'un nantais
Très bon accueil par la sympathique hôte. Gîte conforme à la description, d'une maison ayant gardé son caractère ancien (poutres apparentes) et donnant tout son charme au gîte.
Athee sur Cher est un emplacement idéal pour visiter les châteaux de La Loire, du Cher et de l'Indre.
Et possibilité de faire du vélo sur les anciens chemin de halage, en bord de fleuve et avec vue sur de belles demeures.
