This beautiful stone house dating from 1850, fully restored and independent, offers every comfort in an authentic atmosphere. South-facing, it lies at the intersection of Countryside roads leading directly to the village.
Its ideal Location will enable you to discover the jewels of Touraine: the royal fortress of Chinon, the castles of Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Rigny-Ussé, Amboise and Chenonceau.

Holiday cottage all-inclusive (except tourist tax).Ground floor: living room 40 m² (sofa, TV, DVD, HiFi), kitchen, wc. Floor: 1st bedroom (bed 160x200), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/wc. Philoche92 Au top cette "Vieille Chaume"
Une "Vielle Chaume" au bout du village et touchant à la nature environnante, remarquable de tranquillité et chapeau au propriétaire pour la rénovation de cette jolie maison, le charme de l'ancien avec le confort moderne interne, fonctionnelle et ou l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. En bref un très bon gîte en Sud Touraine, et tellement de belles choses à visiter dans un rayon de 30 kms. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Chris B Excellent gite in a calm and peaceful location
We enjoyed a perfect break at this lovely gite, aided by wonderful warm spring weather. M. Liard was very welcoming and helpful and made clear he was available if needed. The gite is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and in a very calm and peaceful location. In between outings to the many sights and entertainments accessible from the gite we enjoyed the garden and walks in the local area. We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely gite.

Risette Séjour du 28 décembre au 4 janvier
Maison très bien rénovée avec bcp de charme. Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique. Une cheminée qui fonctionne à merveille.
Qques améliorations seraient à envisager : un rideau ou une paroi de douche et des radiateurs plus puissants qui permettraient d’avoir un meilleur confort.- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup de votre avis encourageant. Malheureusement, un pare douche est techniquement difficile à envisager. Par ailleurs, le plus gros radiateur (tout neuf) s'est mis en arrêt "fenêtre ouverte", sans doute à cause d'un dysfonctionnement, et n'a pas été réenclenché. Je suis très sincèrment désolé de l'inconfort que vous avez subi, mais vous remercie encore de votre aide . Bien cordialement à vous, François
