This 15th-century building is listed in the ISMH (Monuments Historiques), and was once the conciergerie of the Château de Montgoger, of which only the remains remain today. The superb restoration work carried out on the tower offers its occupants a high level of comfort, a warm atmosphere enhanced by the furniture, tones and colors, and the uniqueness of the place, all in perfect harmony! Magnificent, cosy gîte for 2 people, in a tower listed by Monuments Historiques. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fireplace, etc.). An authentic old stone spiral staircase leads to the 2 floors. 1st floor: living room (fireplace, sofa, etc.). 2nd floor: bedroom with new, top-of-the-range bedding (king-size bed 180x200), shower room with toilet. WIFI connection. Electric heating (€12/day). Private, unfenced grounds of 3000 m². Not recommended for young children due to interior staircase and unsecured river. Owners' swimming pool 500 m away (shared). Bed linen and towels included. POOL OPENING (heated from 21/05 to 17/09): 14/05 to 24/09.
