Set in a typical Pays de Chinon property, overlooking the surrounding countryside and a 3-hectare pond, this gîte is housed in the owners' guest house. Peace and quiet, walks and hiking trails from the gîte.
Quiet, restored Countryside house in outbuilding with private access. Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds). Baby bed and chair available on request. Electric heating (extra charge according to meter reading). Unenclosed private garden. Covered shed. Holiday cottage with no special facilities for the disabled (motor, visual, hearing, mental). Private 3-hectare fishing pond 150 meters away. Piscine not heated to be shared with the owners, who will only use it when you are not present. Bed linen included (beds made up). PISCINE OPENING: 15/06 to 21/09.

Our welcome from Sophie was very pleasant. The Gite is set in beautiful and peaceful countryside and the village is very small and attractive. It is comfortable and the pictures don't show it at its best. The weather was very hot but the occasional breeze and pool both helped us stay cooler. It is easy for good days out and drink by the fountain in Chinon is well worth it. My conversations with Sophie and Peter were enjoyable and they are both discreet. I always prefer to rent with French owners, and my stay here confirms why.

Magnifique séjour à Chezelles.
Nous sommes rentrés avec beaucoup de beaux souvenirs. Magnifique région et quantité d’endroits à visiter.
Propriétaires très sympathiques et attentionnés au bon déroulement des vacances.

Excellent accueil de Sophie et de son mari, très à l'écoute et serviable. Donne de bons conseils sur les visites du coin ainsi que sur les restaurants, etc...
La piscine fut très appréciée en cette période caniculaire, et le fait qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée n'a vraiment pas été un frein, bien au contraire, un peu dur pour y rentrer mais après c'est un régal.
