La Simonière

The gîte de la Simonnière is a beautifully restored and equipped 17th-century tufa house. Just 5 km from the Loire à Vélo cycle route, it's ideally located for exploring all the facets of Touraine in the Loire Valley. The famous Châteaux of the Loire are within easy reach: Langeais, Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau are sure to enchant. As for Chenonceau, Amboise, Saumur and Chambord, these are all jewels of our history that are also within easy reach, thanks to access to the A85 freeway around 4 km away. Beauval Zoo 45 minutes away.

Close to the Loire by bike route, the gîte de la Simonnière invites you to Touraine, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 1st bedroom (bed 140), shower room with walk-in shower, wc, laundry room. Air-conditioned upstairs: 2nd bedroom (bed 160x200), 3rd bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bathroom with bathtub, wc. Cot and high chair (on request). WIFI connection. Central heating (included in the price, subject to a temperature of 21°C). Private landscaped enclosed garden. All-inclusive gîte (heating, electricity, bed linen, all linen: bedrooms + kitchen + towels, end-of-stay cleaning, firewood) except tourist tax. No smoking.
