La Roselière is a fairytale house set in lush greenery, perfumed with the scent of roses and aromatic herbs. This magical place takes you back in time, far from the noise and stress of everyday life. What's more, you're just a stone's throw from all the sights in the region, and the peace and quiet of La Roselière awaits you for a well-deserved rest.
In a hamlet 3 km from Loches, adorable little house dating from 1698, superbly restored as a Holiday cottage by its owners, who live on site. Ground floor: 30 m² living room (beautiful 16th-century fireplace, wood-burning stove, WIFI, sofa), kitchen opening onto shaded terrace, shower room/wc. 1st floor: 1st bedroom (bed 160), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), wc, washbasin. Baby kit available. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled. Electric heating, wood stove (extra charge). 2 private enclosed landscaped gardens of approx. 100 m² each (swing, hammock, chiliennes). Bicycles available. Included in price: sheets, tea towels, 1 basket of wood. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

ROZIER69 Merveilleuses vacances en famille à La Roselière
Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour à La Roselière. Le gîte est magnifique!! Encore mieux que sur les photos. Il y a tous ce dont on à besoin. Et nos hôtes Marina et Pierre sont d'une grande gentillesse et bienveillants. Marina à mis à notre disposition tout se qu'il faut pour nos bambins, chaise haute, jeux etc... Nous recommandons à 1000% et nous pensons revenir.

Annete Excellent gites and superb hosts
This was the very best one could hope for from a holiday accommodation. Very warm welcome from the owners and Marina went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was everything we could hope for, despite our language differences. She offered so much advice and always followed up the next day asking us how we had enjoyed our activities.We felt that she was genuinely interested to find out. She is very knowledgeable on the local environment. We were very sad to leave here!! She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble to her. Her son kindly picked a basket of cherries for us and she was keen for us to use the herbs from the garden in our cooking, which we did. She was also very proud of the gites and the hard work that her family had invested in renovating it, which also made us appreciate it more.

Roger Magnifique
Ancienne ferme magnifiquement restaurée dans un jardin ombragé et fleuri. La propriétaire se fera un plaisir de vous raconter l'histoire des travaux. Prestations de qualité, très confortable, bonne litterie. De nombreux itinéraires de vélo à proximité sur des petites routes tranquilles à travers champs, en forêt ou plus loin dans la vallée de l'Indre ou sur les bords de la Loire. Idéal pour un séjour au calme proche des châteaux.
