In the heart of Touraine, here's a Holiday cottage for a successful vacation. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, sitting room (fireplace), wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190, baby bed), shower room with wc. Baby kit (4 items). WIFI connection. Electric heating (extra charge according to meter reading). Holiday cottage not specifically equipped for the disabled. Unenclosed courtyard + garden (bike shelter). Parking for 2 cars. Non-smoking accommodation. Accrobranche park 5 mn walk from Holiday cottage. 20 mn from Beauval Zoo, close to castles such as Chenonceau... The Holiday cottage is located at one end of a large farmhouse, with the owners living at the other end (no neighbours). Pets allowed (1 maximum). Compulsory cleaning supplement payable on arrival if a pet is present (€50). Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Couple Isa Nono Un séjour hyper agréable.
Une hôtesse au petit soin, très sympathique, discrète et de très bons conseils.
Le gîte est parfaitement agencé, rustique et très propre.
L'endroit est paisible et ressourçant parfaitement situé pour les visites du zoo de Beauval ou les châteaux alentour.

Famille des Très reposant
Très reposant. Accueil très sympathique avec un gâteau délicieux. La propriétaire est très discrète mais disponible en cas de besoin. Gîte situé idéalement pour visiter des châteaux et le zoo de Beauval. Endroit très calme

Antoine Charmant et bien équipé
Petit gite charmant en campagne tourangeau, non loin de la base de loisir. Très bien équipé: lave vaisselle, lave linge, frigo avec compartiment congélation, cheminée (avec bois fourni), radiateurs électriques. Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition et avec des consommables pour faire le nettoyage de base.
Il y a également pas mal de lecture (livres et BD y compris pour enfants) et divers jeux de société ou de cartes.
La propriétaire est à côté et très réactive, en plus d'être très sympathique.
Rien à redire, c'est une location parfaite pour 4, afin de profiter de se balader dans la région.- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre commentaire ! Suite à notre conversation téléphonique de ce matin , vous avez reconnu ne pas avoir vu la grande vitrine (pourtant bien en vue) chargée de vaisselle ! Dommage ! En ce qui concerne la pêche , je vous aurais indiqué d autres endroits pour pêcher à proximité ! Dommage ! Cordialement

Very nice and quiet place. We loved it. When arrived there was a lovely pie in the fridge and the next Saturday, the owner had made a appelpy as surprise. We feel very welcome.
