Located in the magnificent Loire Valley, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base for immersing yourself in the region's history and culture. Leave your car behind and stroll through the medieval streets of Chinon, discovering the royal fortress overlooking the City. Nearby, discover the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé or the magnificent Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud.
Wine lovers will appreciate the Route des Vins de Chinon, offering tastings in the region's typical troglodyte cellars. Furnished with care, this Holiday cottage combines modern comfort with accessibility. Tourism & Handicap" certified.

Perfect stay in a comfortable space. Alain and Martine are so helpful and friendly (not laughing at my bad French!). They speak some helpful English too.
Everything is well arranged for someone who finds it harder than some to move around - a big walk-in shower, a lovely kitchen and a flat and sunny patio.
The location could not be better - a beautiful view of the Chateau and the Vienne river every morning as I walked to fetch the croissants. Easy to drive out to many other attractions. Also great walks right from the door. And a wonderful market for keen cooks on Thursdays, and good local wine-growers to find a nice bottle of wine (we liked the organic wines of Jean-Christophe Pelletier). Merci!- Cleanliness

2 semaines de soleil pour profiter de cette jolie région par ces nombreux châteaux, caves ou l'on peut déguster de très bons vins, de jolies balades à vélo dans un gite moderne, bien décoré, lumineux, propre ou il ne manque rien, jolie terrasse et abri pour les vélos. les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets tout en restant toujours disponibles.

Des manifestations, tant sportives que culturelles, se succèdent et l'été s'annonce très riche. Le Val de Loire est aussi propice à la détente.
