Charming 17th-century house located between Châteaux de la Loire (Amboise, Chinon, Loches, Azay le Rideau, Chenonceau, Chambord,...) and Futuroscope. 400 m from the Pierre Percée, Touraine's highest menhir. Close to the D910 road (Route Historique Nationale 10). All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: 40 m² living room/kitchen (sofa, satellite TV, Krups Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker), 1st bedroom (bed 140), shower room, wc. 2nd bedroom on Mezzanine bed (2 beds 90x190), complete baby kit. WIFI connection. Electric heating (included). Enclosed landscaped garden 2 ha. Private enclosed courtyard. For 5th person: 10€ per night. Bicycle loan (free). Piscine covered (low tunnel shelter) not heated and shared with the Bed and breakfast. Included in the price: bed linen and towels + final cleaning + heating + electricity.
