You'll be located not far from the charming Royal City of Loches, with its castle, medieval streets and Market, recognized as one of the finest in the region. After strolling down the long, private driveway to your Holiday cottage, you'll see the Piscine nestling in its charming landscaped grounds, surrounded by lush green meadows and woods perfect for walks. Your Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Touraine region. The owners, always discreet, will give you the warmest of welcomes. They'll be happy to point you in the right direction and tell you where to go off the beaten track. In summer, you'll be able to take full advantage of the lovely heated swimming pool, while staying close to the highlights of the Loire Valley: Beauval Zoo, Amboise and its wealth of attractions (château, Clos-Lucé, Château Gaillard, Pagode de Chanteloup, mini-châteaux, the banks of the Loire), Chenonceau.
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) on a vast 11-hectare property with heated pool (15/05 to 30/09) and dome to be shared with the owners, who live on site. Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (sofa, TV). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 extra 90x190cm bed in sleeping area, shower room, separate toilet. WIFI connection. Electric heating (included in rates). Patio (garden furniture, plancha gas and wood barbecue). On request: covered bicycle shed (lockable). Non-smoking accommodation. Owners have 12 hunting dogs. SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM 15/05 TO 30/09.

Nous Location
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et extrêmement gentile, très sympathique.
En revanche, le logement reste très limite côté confort : les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas du tout, mais pas du tout adaptées au niveau attendu. Les propriétaires ont prévu des travaux de rénovation, ce qui devrait transformer ce logement en une bonne location de vacances, à condition d'aimer les animaux.Les aboiements des chiens de chasse peuvent vite êtes pesant.Merci à vous pour votre accueil chaleureux !

Une belle semaine dans un environnement calme entouré d'animaux, moutons, ânes, poules et les chiens bien sûr. La location est simple mais agréable, literie confortable, un grille pain serait bienvenu et peut être un petit meuble pour ranger les courses. Pas de chance nous sommes en septembre et la piscine bien que chauffée n'a pas dépassée 22 degrés, un peu juste. Point négatif les toilettes à l'étage.

Bruno Repos à proximité de Loches
Séjour agréable, la piscine est un plus. Très bon accueil de Dominique et Jean. Les enfants ont apprécié les animaux à proximité : poules, moutons, Ânes et chien. Le gîte est bien équipé. Nous aurions beaucoup apprécié que des toilettes soient au rez-de-chaussée, le WC est à l'étage. La maison est bien équipée, et les literies sont confortables. Le coin cuisine est un peu étroit, mais rien ne manque pour un séjour au calme. Nos filles nous ont rejoint via le Bus qui relie tour. Ce bus se trouve à Manthelan à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a tous les magasins sur Loches à 15 minutes en voiture (Leclerc, Aldi, Lidl...).

Nounours Séjour en juilllet 2024
Bien situé pour visiter les châteaux.
Les chiens de chasse font bcp de bruits la nuit.
L escalier pour accéder aux chambres est très raide.
Il manque un toilette en bas.
