La Noiseraie

The Gîte de la Noiseraie, set in the 19th-century wing of the Château des Belles Ruries, is part of a character property where two other gîtes complete the range of accommodation on offer. In summer, you'll particularly appreciate the coolness of the site and its 300 hectares of forest, meadows and fields, inviting you to enjoy beautiful walks (2 other gîtes on the property). The proximity of the Loire Valley puts the region's riches within your reach: Loire castles, vineyards, gastronomy, amusement parks for young and old alike.
The gîte de la Noiseraie boasts a new pool area built around a 19th-century Orangerie (opening July 2024), featuring a heated pool (15m x 6m), a sauna and a large terrace with pergolas.

Set in a 150-hectare wooded estate with 2 other Holiday cottages, from July 1, 2024: heated swimming pool (15x6m) (from July 1 to October 1) and shared sauna. Ground floor: living room, sitting room (restricted tel.), kitchen, utility room, wc. 1st floor (passenger lift): 1st bedroom (160cm bed, baby bed, bath/wc), 2nd bedroom (140cm bed, shower/wc), 3rd bedroom (2 90cm beds with en-suite bathroom). 2nd floor: 4th bedroom (2 beds 90x200, bathroom), wc, extra shower. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. WIFI access. Central heating. Unenclosed landscaped communal park with private area (bicycle shelter). Communal ping-pong. All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). PISCINE OPENING: May 1 to November 1 (9am to 7pm).
