The châteaux of Rigny-Ussé are just 3km away, while Langeais, Azay-le-Rideau and Villandry are not far away. The gîte is right in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by a very large garden, offering multiple possibilities for relaxation and leisure: swimming pool, garden furniture, ping-pong table, barbecue, and a rustic area for convivial meals sheltered from the sun or rain while being close to nature. The 70m² living room features a billiard table for conviviality and entertainment. The 5 spacious, elegantly decorated bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. A sauna area is also at your disposal for a guaranteed moment of well-being.

Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, filter and pod coffee maker), dining room, living room with pool table, 2 bedrooms (each with twin beds 80x200cm), shower room, WC, sauna area, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer.
1st floor: one side with mezzanine sleeping area, bedroom (bed 160x200cm) with en-suite shower room and WC. On the other side: a through bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm beds and an 80x200cm bed. A shower room with WC, a bedroom (bed 160x200cm), a dressing area between the two bedrooms.
Outside: wooded grounds of over 1000m² with terrace to the front and rear of the house, garden tables and lounges, private unheated swimming pool (8x4m), swing, ping-pong table, dart board, covered bike shed and dining area. Non-smoking accommodation, WIFI. POOL OPENING: early May to late October.
